Bespoke items, bespoke timelines
All items are made to order, so shipping times vary by product. Before you buy, check the product information page for the specific lead time on that item. Lead times are listed there because they differ across our range and change from time to time depending on production.
Lead times are estimates, not guarantees
The lead times we publish are our best estimate based on current production schedules. They are not a guaranteed delivery date. Bespoke manufacturing means delays can happen for reasons outside our control, including material availability, production capacity, and courier delays.
We are not liable for late arrival of items. If a lead time slips, we will do what we can to keep you updated, but we cannot accept responsibility for losses arising from a delay, including any costs tied to events, installations, or promotional activity planned around an expected delivery date.
Our advice: don't advertise before it lands
Because of the above, we strongly recommend you don't advertise, promote, or promise any item to your own customers until it has physically arrived and been checked by you. This is the single easiest way to protect yourself from a knock-on delay you didn't cause. If a date matters to your business, build in a buffer.
Order tracking and dispatch
- You'll receive dispatch confirmation once your order leaves us, along with tracking where available.
- Estimated delivery windows provided by couriers are also estimates, not guarantees, and are subject to the same limitations above.
Risk and delivery address
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided at checkout.
- Please double check your delivery address before confirming your order. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Questions on lead times
If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable. We'd rather manage expectations upfront than leave you guessing.
