Refund policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

All items must be checked within 5 working days of signed for delivery by the chosen courier. We cannot accept responsibility for any missing items or parts for items received outside of this time period.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to raise any items not delivered within 24 hours of the tracking provided confirming delivery. All items sent by Event Suppliers are sent via tracked services, with tracking shared to the customer.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Please take note of delivery times for all items. Event Suppliers will not accept returns for items that arrive late or be subject to compensation for any loss of earnings as a result
